Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using Talk Now. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Talk Now.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms govern your use of Talk Now, a video chat platform that enables random connections between users. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time; continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Talk Now. By using our service, you represent and warrant that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction. We do not knowingly allow minors to access the platform.
3. Account Registration
While you can browse without an account, certain features require registration. You agree to provide accurate information, maintain account security, and notify us of unauthorized use. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Talk Now lawfully and respectfully. Prohibited activities include:

- Recording or screenshooting conversations without consent

5. Content & Conduct
You own your conversations but grant Talk Now a license to operate the service. We reserve the right to monitor, record, or review chats to enforce policies and ensure safety. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.
6. Safety & Reporting
We provide tools to block and report users. If you experience harassment or policy violations, use these tools immediately. We review reports promptly and take appropriate action. While we strive for a safe environment, we cannot guarantee all interactions will be positive.
7. Intellectual Property
Talk Now and its branding are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without permission. User-generated content remains yours, but you grant us license to host and display it as part of the service.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
Talk Now is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from using the platform. You use Talk Now at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Talk Now and its team shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed $100.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Talk Now from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of others' rights.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for Terms violations or legitimate business reasons. You may terminate your account through account settings. Upon termination, your right to use Talk Now ceases immediately.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Talk Now operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
13. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of Talk Now at any time without notice. We are not liable for any changes to the service.
